## Resource

I explore the spiritual significance of divine authority and the importance of personal preparation as the Christmas season approaches. The reflection contrasts the superficial prestige of human titles with the authentic power of truth, noting that Jesus commanded respect because He lived according to His own teachings. This serves as a lesson for parents and leaders, who are encouraged to base their influence on moral integrity and a close relationship with God rather than physical strength. Using the Gospel of Luke, the homily recounts a healing at Capernaum to illustrate that Christ’s power aims to purify and uplift rather than destroy. Ultimately, I emphasize that adherence to God’s law allows individuals to flourish, framing spiritual struggle as a grateful response to unconditional divine love.
