## Resource

Nepal’s devastating floods have claimed over a thousand lives and erased entire villages, sparking an outpouring of solidarity from the Nepali American community in Wisconsin. NAFA held a powerful vigil at the state Capitol, honoring victims and rallying support. Members like Shreedhar Ranabhat shared how even distant tragedies resonate deeply — especially when homes are lost. NAFA’s president, Anju Chhetri, is mobilizing volunteers to connect with those in need back home, reminding everyone they’re not alone. Amid the grief, community unity offers solace, and NAFA urges listeners to donate to aid relief efforts — a tangible way to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with those rebuilding from disaster.
