## Resource

Lubbock’s first human case of West Nile Virus this year is a wake-up call—mosquitoes carrying the virus from infected birds are buzzing around, especially at dawn and dusk. Most people show no symptoms, but fever, headache, nausea, and muscle aches can linger. The real danger? Older adults and those with weakened immune systems. Public health teams are monitoring mosquito populations and treating hotspots. Stay safe: use bug spray, wear coverage outdoors, fix screens, and dump standing water. Spot problem areas? Report them to Vector Control—protection starts with you. Listen in comfort: Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
