## Resource

The Trump administration is back before the Supreme Court over new mail-in ballot rules, arguing that a federal judge’s injunction risks election chaos as ballots already head to voters. The White House insists the Postal Service can enforce restrictions without undermining state control over voting — even as critics call the changes unconstitutional and rushed. With Congress hanging in the balance and President Trump’s own history of using mail ballots contradicting his public stance, this legal showdown could reshape how Americans vote — and set a precedent for years to come.
