## Resource

A Louisiana judge just sided with LSU athletes, blocking the NCAA and SEC from punishing them for letting players who went pro return — opening the door for over 40 athletes to get a fifth year of eligibility. The NCAA’s refusal to offer retroactive eligibility created this mess, leaving players who made business decisions based on outdated rules stuck in limbo. The SEC even sued, alleging LSU and coach Lane Kiffin pushed players toward legal action. But with athletes now earning millions via NIL deals and playing professionally while still enrolled, the NCAA’s claim that they don’t want “professional football players” in college feels increasingly hollow. The SEC insists universities shouldn’t roster former pros — but these players are already professionals, paid by schools and playing for money. In a new era where college athletes are compensated like pros, the NCAA’s old rules are clearly falling behind. Listen in comfort: Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
