As Christians, we can often wrestle with the idea of mental illness and what it says about our faith. I want to remind you that your mental illness or mental health struggles do not make you any less of a believer. For me, these struggles actually point me back to Him and remind me daily that my identity comes from the One who created me. We talk about giving ourselves grace, finding support through faith and community, and holding onto hope in difficult seasons.
