## Resource

Colorado ranchers, battling record drought and soaring heat, are rallying behind a landmark climate lawsuit headed to the Supreme Court, arguing that oil giants like Exxon and Suncor knowingly misled the public for decades—and now must pay for the damage. With snowpack vanishing and water sources drying up, they’re forced to haul in water and buy expensive feed just to keep cattle alive. As temperatures climb and the Colorado River shrinks, these farmers say their survival—and America’s food security—is at stake. They’ve joined the legal fight themselves, hoping the high court will see firsthand how climate change is unraveling their way of life. Arguments begin October 5th.
