## Resource

The Chargers offense showed flashes but stumbled due to penalties and miscommunication, especially after a strong opening drive. Coach McDaniel faces tough questions moving forward. Key insight: Ladd McConkey is clearly Justin Herbert’s top target, hauling in five catches for 82 yards before exiting with a chest injury—mostly out of the slot, as expected. His knack for making plays both catching and after the catch makes him a perfect fit. With his health uncertain, McConkey could be the key to unlocking this offense’s potential.
