## Resource

Chargers face a major offensive setback as star receiver Ladd McConkey looks likely out for their second game against the Raiders, sidelining their top target and forcing a scramble with Quinton Johnson, Trey Harris, and new additions stepping up. With McConkey sidelined after missing key practices, head coach Jim Harbaugh’s “day-to-day” update now seems doubtful. Justin Herbert must elevate his game to carry the offense, especially against a Raiders team not expected to be elite — but Sunday’s showdown could hinge on whether the Chargers can adapt without their most reliable weapon.
