## Resource

Chargers’ season opener ended in heartbreak as Ladd McConkey suffered a scary chest injury after a hard hit, forcing him out of the game and raising serious concerns for their offense. Despite a strong performance with 5 catches, 82 yards, and a TD before going down, McConkey now faces a rib injury with his availability against the Raiders uncertain. With only six receivers on the roster, the team’s fate hinges on Quentin Johnston, Tre’ Harris, and lesser-used options like Derius Davis and Brenen Thompson stepping up — but their early production hasn’t been enough to ease the pressure. Compounding the issue, backup KeAndre Lambert-Smith also picked up a hamstring injury, leaving the Chargers scrambling to fill holes in their receiving corps.
