An 18-year-old, Suliaman Tajzai, has pleaded guilty to murdering 26-year-old Farmanullah Sherzad in Westminster—new CCTV reveals the chillingly methodical steps: from calmly buying a knife in Leeds, to scouting Farmanullah’s home and workplace weeks prior, to the brutal chase and stabbing that ended his life. DNA and blood-stained gloves sealed the case as Tajzai fled the scene.
