## Resource

Crispin Odey’s bid to return to UK finance has been crushed—judges ruled he’s banned for life after finding him lacking integrity and unfit to operate in the industry. His attempts to sabotage an investigation into harassment claims, including firing key executives and denying wrongdoing, backfired spectacularly. Odey showed no remorse, even blaming sedatives for past incidents and claiming victimhood. The FCA called his arrogance and disregard for procedure unacceptable, slashing his fine but upholding his lifetime ban—a stark warning about accountability for those in power.
