## Resource

Islington Borough Ladies showed steel and spirit to edge past rivals Berkhamsted Ladies in a nerve-wracking 7-6 penalty shootout after a wild 3-3 draw, marking their second consecutive FA Cup win from the spot and proving their mental toughness under pressure. Manager Michael Kelly praised their character and composure, while also honoring veteran Nicole Grainger’s six-year contribution as she made her final appearance for the club. Now set to face Montpelier Villa in the second round qualifier, Islington blends triumph with transition as they gear up for their next big test.
