## Resource

Arizona Wildcats face a pivotal offseason question: who will become their next bruising enforcer in Tommy Lloyd’s lineup? With Maksim Brnovic joining the roster, speculation swirls about whether the Wildcats can maintain their dominant, physical frontcourt or if a new strategic shift is underway. Is Brnovic, a skilled 6’9” shooter, the most talented player the program has seen in years—or does the team still need a true interior presence to balance finesse with power? Leif Thulin breaks down Arizona’s current roster dynamics, spotlighting Mo Krivas and Ivan Karchenkov’s roles and the search for a Tobe Awaka-type contributor at the four. Insights include Tommy Lloyd’s proven formula of rebounding and defense, how new NCAA international eligibility rules may impact roster choices, and whether the Wildcats’ increased three-point shooting could reshape their offensive identity. Can Arizona remain the Big 12 favorite and peak in March, or will the lack of a true enforcer hold them back?
