## Resource

WVU needs a SPARK—and help could be on the way! Former Georgia defensive back Jacorey Thomas and former Utah running back Naquari Rogers give Rich Rodriguez two intriguing options as West Virginia prepares to bounce back against Iowa State. But how soon can they contribute? On this episode of Locked On West Virginia, Mountaineer Paul breaks down RichRod’s latest updates, Thomas’s potential role in the secondary, and what Rogers could add alongside Cam Cook and Amari Latimer. Thomas is getting closer, while Rogers is beginning practice and learning the offense. Playing time this Saturday remains the BIG question. Could these veteran reinforcements give the Mountaineers the boost they need in Ames? We discuss realistic expectations, potential impact, and why even a limited role could matter.
