## Resource

Josh Heupel's unexpected jab at Lane Kiffin sends SEC Media Days buzzing. Is Tennessee football embracing a bolder identity under Heupel’s leadership? Eric Cain spotlights Heupel’s confident podium performance, his witty comments about Kiffin's return to Neyland Stadium, and how this lighter tone could energize the Volunteers fanbase ahead of a crucial SEC season. Key discussions include the quarterback battle between promising talents Faizon Brandon and George MacIntyre, the impact of Jim Knowles’ arrival as defensive coordinator, and Arion Carter’s candid admission about playing through a severe big toe injury last season. Josh Ward joins for “Ward Wednesday,” weighing in on Heupel’s approach, the offense’s potential despite turnover, and Tennessee’s pursuit of 5-star running back David Gabriel Georges as we’ve reached his decision day. Can the Volunteers’ revamped defense and evolving offense put them back in the College Football Playoff conversation?
