## Resource

Tennessee Volunteers turn heads by naming true freshman Faizon Brandon as their starting quarterback. Is Josh Heupel’s bold move about to pay off for the Vols in the SEC’s ultra-competitive landscape? Eric Cain spotlights Brandon’s rapid development, from adding nearly 20 pounds of lean mass to commanding Tennessee’s offense in fall camp. The quarterback competition with George MacIntyre, implications for the Volunteers’ offensive playbook, and the importance of staying “locked in” for backup QBs all take center stage. Josh Ward joins for Ward Wednesday, dissecting Tennessee’s outlook, strengths at wide receiver and running back, and lingering questions on the offensive line and tight end. With high-profile SEC matchups looming, can Brandon follow in the footsteps of Hendon Hooker—or carve out a legacy of his own?
