## Resource

Utah Utes’ chances in the Big 12 spark heated debate—does Devon Dampier rank among college football’s elite quarterbacks? Spencer McLaughlin tackles the question, comparing Dampier to stars like Desmond Williams and examining Utah’s offensive identity. The show highlights ongoing concerns with Utah’s wide receiver hype, a rebuilt offensive line, and Morgan Scalley’s transition to head coach. Big 12 power rankings are up for grabs as Noah Fifita and Bear Bachmeier headline the quarterback conversation, while Utah’s playoff hopes hinge on overcoming unique roster challenges. McLaughlin breaks down the Utes’ 2024 schedule, predicting an 8-4 finish with key losses to Arizona, TCU, BYU, and a sleeper upset against Colorado. Can Utah’s new-look roster and coaching staff keep them in the title hunt, or will upsets and first-year growing pains define their season?
