## Resource

Syracuse Orange football faces rising doubt after a rocky 1-2 start—can Fran Brown’s group turn things around before the bowl window slams shut? Jackson Holzer spotlights an improved defense led by new coordinator Vince Kehres, but questions swirl around Steve Angeli’s role at quarterback and a penalty-prone, error-riddled squad. With the offense struggling and special teams faltering, calls intensify for bold changes, including cutting snap counts for underperformers like Ju'Juan Johnson and Gary Bryant. Key subjects include Syracuse’s defensive ACC rankings, wide receiver bright spots Justus Ross-Simmons and Umari Hatcher, and the uphill bowl eligibility battle with looming games against Louisville, SMU, and Notre Dame. Should Fran Brown give Amari Odom a shot as QB1? Can the Orange eliminate costly penalties and finally notch a conference win? Don’t miss Jackson Holzer’s candid breakdown of what’s working, what must change, and the urgency to salvage Syracuse’s season.
