## Resource

Syracuse Orange Football faces a quarterback crisis as Steve Angeli’s job hangs in the balance ahead of a pivotal matchup against UConn. Should Fran Brown stick with Angeli or turn to Amari Odom or Malachi Nelson for a spark? The Orange offense has struggled, averaging just 15.5 points over the last two games—raising pressing questions about play calling, the offensive line, and whether new weapons like Calvin Russell can ignite a turnaround. Jackson Holzer breaks down Syracuse’s offensive woes, analyzes the pros and cons of each potential starting quarterback, and lays out a “short leash” plan for Angeli at UConn. The discussion highlights why this game could be Angeli’s last chance, the backup quarterbacks’ track records, and how Brown’s approach will shape Syracuse’s ACC football season. Can the Orange right the ship before facing tougher conference opponents? Don’t miss this critical look at Syracuse football’s most pressing decision.
