## Resource

San Jose Sharks eye hidden gems as PTO season heats up. Could Nick Blankenberg, Jake Bean, or Carson Soucy bolster the blue line and spark a playoff push? Depth defenseman battles are taking center stage, with roster spots up for grabs and pressure on younger talent like Nolan Allan and Luca Cagnoni to prove themselves at training camp. Host JD Young breaks down Blankenberg’s offensive upside, Bean’s comeback potential, and Soucy’s reliability as a classic seventh defenseman. Key insights include recent Sharks PTO success stories, power play options, and the importance of competition for the defensive corps. As San Jose balances AHL and NHL depth, will a savvy PTO signing make the difference in a crowded Pacific Division?
