## Resource

Bret Bielema throws shade at the SEC, questioning whether the league is stuck in 2005 while the Big Ten surges ahead—yet is Bielema's critique rooted in envy after struggling and being fired at Arkansas years ago? Chris Gordy breaks down Bielema's comments from Big Ten Media Days, comparing his SEC failures to his current run with Illinois, and asks if the SEC’s evolving approach will silence its critics. Key topics include Ole Miss’s lawsuit against former players Princewill Umanmielen and Devin Harper amid NIL contract disputes, SEC and Big Ten rumblings about a potential NCAA breakaway, and conference scheduling challenges. The episode also features an exclusive conversation with Vanderbilt defensive lineman Issa Ouattara, exploring his unique path from Germany to Nashville, Vanderbilt's rise under Clark Lea, and expectations for the Commodores’ upcoming season. Find out how shifting dynamics in college football are shaping the power balance across the SEC and beyond.
