## Resource

The SEC sparks national debate by opposing pro athletes’ return to college football. How will this reshape roster building and eligibility rules for powerhouse programs? LSU continues to add ex-Ole Miss players who stopped off in NFL Training Camps, while the SEC seems to push back on the concept. And quarterback battles heat up as Faizon Brandon is named Tennessee Volunteers’ starter and Aaron Philo wins the job at Florida. Insights from Eric Cain and Brandon Olsen spotlight these high-stakes decisions, plus the impact of Lane Kiffin’s Ole Miss departure, Alabama Crimson Tide’s early injury woes, and Auburn Tigers’ preparations for a pivotal season. Key topics include player development, offensive schemes, and the pressure facing SEC coaches as they aim for playoff contention. Will true freshmen like Brandon redefine the conference’s quarterback narrative, or will veteran experience rule the SEC once again?
