## Resource

ESPN reported on Monday that the NBA's investigation into the Clippers, Steve Ballmer, Kawhi Leonard and potential cap circumvention has yielded no hard evidence that Ballmer illegally funneled money to Kawhi -- but does the NBA agree with that reporting? In Episode 2170, Sean Woodley and Vivek Jacob parse the latest reporting from ESPN and Pablo Torre and try to draw some conclusions about what it all means for the Toronto Raptors and their proposed trade for Leonard.
