## Resource

The New York Giants’ first two games could define the direction of the 2026 season. Can John Harbaugh’s team avoid another sluggish start, handle consecutive primetime games, and build early cohesion after limited preseason work? Patricia Traina also examines whether Joe Schoen deserves a clean slate after stronger draft classes featuring Malik Nabers and the 2026 rookies. Today's Blue Notes include a look at the current state of the salary cap and whether offensive coordinator Matt Nagy should call plays from the sideline or press box.
