## Resource

St. John’s Red Storm aim for a historic Big East 3-peat, but an uncertain frontcourt could derail Rick Pitino’s powerhouse. Quinn Ellis brings steady leadership at point guard, while key returners like Ian Jackson and Ruben Prey anchor a roster full of new faces and sky-high expectations. Can St. John’s overcome their legal battles and eligibility questions with Keyshawn Hall, Reed Bailey, and Babacar Sané to stay atop the conference? Andy Patton and Isaac Schade break down St. John’s evolving lineup, the impact of Donnie Freeman’s Achilles injury, and whether the Red Storm can finally make a deep March Madness run. Key storylines include St. John’s grueling non-conference slate featuring Arizona and Alabama, the challenge of rebuilding after heavy roster turnover, and the high-stakes battle with UConn and Villanova in Big East play. Will Pitino’s squad cement its legacy or fall short?
