## Resource

Boston College football faces a critical financial crossroads as the Athletic’s damning report ranks the Eagles dead last in NCAA football spending. Could this dire resource gap threaten the program’s future in the ACC and beyond? AJ Black unpacks the controversial numbers, challenges their accuracy, and spotlights the administration’s urgent need for change. Is the school's conservative approach to NIL and revenue sharing stalling recruits and risking conference realignment fallout? Key topics include the impact of limited NIL funds on retaining talent like Donovan Ezeiruaku, how rivals like Wake Forest and Syracuse are outspending BC, and why upgraded facilities aren’t translating into fan engagement or competitiveness. AJ Black outlines what President Father Jack and AD Blake James must do to restore faith and funding in Boston College football. Can the Eagles fix their support system before the next season’s pivotal ACC schedule takes shape?
