## Resource

Boston College Eagles’ cornerbacks are poised for a breakout after last year’s adversity left them underrated and battle-tested. Can Saire Torrence return to lockdown form and anchor a group loaded with potential behind improved front-seven play? The return of experience, key additions like Chandler Jordan, and a rejuvenated coaching approach under Ted Roof fuel optimism for a secondary that finished 123rd in pass defense but is ready to silence doubters. AJ Black breaks down the depth chart shakeup, spotlighting names like Max Tucker, Marcellus Townsend, and Ashton Cunningham—players who could transform the defensive backfield. Discussion centers on injury comebacks, positional battles, and how enhanced speed and size will shape Boston College’s ability to contain ACC rivals’ top wideouts. Will improved team health and defensive scheming finally unlock this unit’s full potential? Find out why the Eagles’ defensive outlook might be brighter than anyone expects.
