## Resource

A worker at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital lost his job after crude, insulting, and sexually explicit post-it notes surfaced — including one comparing a colleague’s face to a run-over rabbit. Facing three sexual harassment claims dating back to last year, he admitted to some comments but denied most. Though he apologized and begged for a second chance, an employment tribunal rejected his appeal, calling his case weak amid widespread staff complaints — a stark reminder that workplace misconduct has serious consequences.
