## Resource

A 48-year-old man, Kevin Riley, has been jailed for 46 weeks and ordered to pay $2,000 in compensation after being convicted of multiple thefts across Merseyside. He’s also banned for three years from all Aldi stores and One Stop shops in the region under a strict criminal behavior order — a powerful tool designed to stop repeat offenders. Police emphasize that these measures protect not just businesses, but entire communities, and any breach could lead to immediate arrest and re-incarceration. This case highlights law enforcement’s unwavering commitment to holding shoplifters accountable and supporting local retailers.
