## Resource

How did Hyther Nizam go from losing his father at 16 and nearly abandoning his education to becoming CEO of Zoho Middle East and Africa? In this episode of Luca’s Insight Track, Hyther shares his remarkable 28-year journey from joining Zoho when it had only 25–30 employees to leading the technology company across one of its most important regions. He discusses Zoho’s battle with global technology giants, its commitment to avoiding layoffs during the coming “AI tsunami,” and why the company refuses to profit from customer data. The conversation explores artificial intelligence, privacy, employee loyalty, affordable technology and the power of giving talented people the trust and freedom to succeed. An inspiring underdog story about resilience, leadership and building success without sacrificing people or principles.
