## Resource

A lawsuit is racing to stop a controversial “Fairness for Girls” amendment from appearing on the November ballot, arguing its petition summary misleads voters by failing to clearly state it would apply to public, private, and college sports — including intramural games — and mandate sex-based team categorization. The plaintiff, Cara Ullman, demands fast judicial review before election day, claiming the language doesn’t fully reveal the amendment’s sweeping scope, which seeks to enshrine current K-12 sex-separate sports rules into the state constitution.
