## Resource

Splash Waterworld at Butlin’s Skegness is temporarily closed due to a “technical issue,” leaving guests without slides, flumes, or rockpools — a major blow for families planning water-based fun. The resort team is working urgently to fix it, with no official reopening date yet, but updates will come via the Butlin’s app. In the meantime, they’re steering guests toward alternatives like the Skypark and live shows to keep spirits high while the water stays off the menu.
