## Resource

Nii Osae, Founder and CEO of Mindbeam AI and Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, joins LegendsNLeaders to share his journey from software engineer to building a company tackling one of AI’s biggest challenges: the enormous amount of computing power and energy required to train large AI models. Mindbeam AI builds software designed to help companies like NVIDIA and Amazon train large-scale AI systems faster and more efficiently. Nii shares how the company is developing technology to optimize GPU performance, reduce energy consumption, and potentially cut AI training timelines from months to weeks. In this episode, Nii takes us through his journey from engineer to founder, building Mindbeam AI from the ground up, and the leadership lessons he has learned while scaling an AI company. We also discuss the technology behind Mindbeam, the growing infrastructure demands of artificial intelligence, how companies can make AI training dramatically more efficient, and why Nii believes creativity—including his background and interest in music and the arts—plays an important role in building breakthrough technology. #NiiOsae #MindbeamAI #ArtificialIntelligence #AI #Forbes30Under30 #NVIDIA #Amazon #AIInfrastructure #MachineLearning
