Nearly two years ago on this podcast , we discussed the American Arbitration Association's innovation initiatives – and specifically its embrace of generative AI – with Bridget Mary McCormack , who became its president and CEO in 2023 after having been chief justice of the Michigan Supreme Court, and Diana Didia , its chief information and innovation officer.
