I sat down with Dan McIntyre of Western Massachusetts hardcore band, Revenge and now a striking coach for pro MMA fighters. I learned a lot about Dan's journey from a difficult childhood and horrible trauma to a positive lifestyle and success in many ways. Thanks to Dan for really opening up.
