## Resource

Rupert Grint, Seidi Haarla, and director Hanna Bergholm join Kyle Meredith to unpack the unsettling heart of Nightborn , where the real horror starts with the emotional chaos of new parenthood before Finnish folklore creeps in. Bergholm talks about channeling the forbidden emotions of early motherhood into the story, Haarla discusses exploring the shadows that come with becoming a parent, and Grint reveals he was expecting his own second child while filming, making the film’s anxieties hit even closer to home. They also get into building the couple’s intimacy through dance rehearsals, using animatronics to keep the baby mysterious, and why sometimes what’s scariest is everything no one warns you about after bringing a child home. Listen to Rupert Grint, Seidi Haarla, and Hanna Bergholm chat about all this and more or watch it on YouTube .
