## Resource

The Chiefs’ first-round pick Josh Simmons is sidelined by a lingering back injury, sparking fan anxiety as his season opener status remains uncertain. Simmons reportedly wants to practice and is being managed for pain, not pushed to play. Back injuries are serious, and rushing him back could backfire—so the Chiefs are walking a tightrope between health and roster needs. Until they give more clarity, fans will speculate.
