## Resource

Kansas City’s season opener just got a wild twist: undrafted rookie Kahlil Benson, who’s never played left tackle in college, is stepping in to start at left guard against Denver — with QB Patrick Mahomes back from injury and needing protection. With starter Josh Simmons sidelined by a back injury, head coach Andy Reid backs Benson’s readiness, saying the coaching staff has full confidence. Mahomes, no stranger to backup linemen, embraces the “next man up” mentality, trusting his teammates to execute regardless of who’s on the field. This unexpected lineup shift underscores the Chiefs’ depth and adaptability as they kick off their campaign. Listen in comfort: Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
