## Resource

NFL roster cuts are chaos, and Melvin Smith Jr. is the wild card—once a Chiefs practice squad standout, he bounced to the Titans before being waived again, now back on waivers with the Chiefs holding priority to claim him. But bringing him back to the active roster? Unlikely. More realistic? A practice squad spot—if teams pass, and he’s willing. His college pedigree and proven special teams chops make him a sleeper, even if the Chiefs’ door’s probably closed for good.
