It also grows our resiliance and perserverance in the process as we strive for progress, NOT perfection! It means your flexible thinking muscle is being stretched and you are learning how to adjust! Mistakes are information, not proof! Learning happens because of misses! Here is your GENTLE re-aim challenge: Pick one tiny next try and even choose to give space, grace and time to try again the next day! Missing a target doesn't mean you failed.
