I recorded this in 2024 , but it's one of those conversations that has longevity and will remain relevant for years to come. In short, theologian and author Stephen Sizer argues that Jews are not God's chosen people, and Israel is not God's chosen land. He contends that the scriptures have been manipulated since the 1800s to support dispensationalism—a false doctrine—largely through the Scofield Reference Bible. This wasn't a new translation, but rather a standard Bible reissued with loaded footnotes on every page, and was mass-produced with the help of Oxford University Press in the early 1900s.
