Prosecutors allege he harassed Mica from November 2022 through her death — tracking devices, fifty-plus daily contacts, financial interference, and an intimate image posted without consent. Miller has pleaded not guilty, denies the allegations, and has not been charged in Mica's death. She was thirty and had filed for divorce two days before. Her death was ruled a suicide.
