Das Schuljahr neigte sich dem Ende zu, es verschlug mich Anfang Juli (mal wieder) nach Spandau und mein Mikro nahm ich gleich noch mit, um mich auch für den Podcast mal wieder updaten zu lassen, wie sich die Havel-Grundschule zwei Jahre nach dem Start entwickelt hat, wie es der Schulgemeinschaft und Constanze Rosengart aktuell geht, was klappt und was sie im Aufbau unterschätzt hat. Wir sprachen über Teamfindung und Hofaufsichten, über Mikrofortbildungen und 3- oder 5-Tagewochen, über Gelungenes und Mittagessenausschreibungen und Vieles mehr. Es war mir eine Freude. Erneut.
