Once Darryl joined me, we shifted into the deeper issue we had planned to cover: how sovereignty, jurisdiction, and municipal power operate in everyday life. We connected the dots between federal, territorial, and municipal jurisdictions, talked through the role of the Uniform Commercial Code, and contrasted it with older manorial concepts that still echo through modern enforcement. From there, we brought it back down to practical action at the county level—why status, standing, and capacity have to be backed by consistent conduct, and why filing and publishing affidavits locally can matter if you want your position recognized where you actually live.
