In dieser Solo-Folge nehme ich euch mit in meine Gedankenwelt – über Perfektionismus, den Druck, den wir uns selbst machen, und warum wir oft unsere eigenen größten Kritiker sind. Ich spreche darüber, woher dieser innere Druck kommen kann, warum wir ständig das Gefühl haben, noch mehr leisten zu müssen und weshalb „gut genug“ sich manchmal nie gut genug anfühlt. Außerdem teile ich meine persönlichen Erfahrungen und Gedanken dazu, wie wir lernen können, liebevoller mit uns selbst umzugehen und den eigenen Ansprüchen nicht immer die Kontrolle zu überlassen. Eine ehrliche, ungefilterte Folge für alle, die sich selbst manchmal im Weg stehen und eine kleine Erinnerung daran, dass wir nicht perfekt sein müssen, um genug zu sein. 🤍
