Lawyers have received a range of information about the expanded regime under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth) from different sources. Join us as Jess explains the legislation, what activities undertaken by family lawyers for clients may or may not be deemed a designated service under the legislation, and more.
