Som teenager så dagens gæst et bodybuildingblad i en kiosk i Vordingborg. Han bladrede i det indtil han blev tvunget til at købe det og hjemme spiste han det med øjnene. Fra det øjeblik vidste han at han skulle være bodybuilder. Ikke bare motionist, der prøver på at få større muskler, men konkurrencebodybuilider. Det var tilbage i 80'erne og nu, et stykke oppe i 50'erne er han stadig bodybuilder før noget andet. Navnet er Thomas Davidsen og i dette afsnit snakker vi bodybuilding. NB: Programmet er et genudgivet program fra da Fitness M/K blev Produceret hos Radio24syv. Programmet blev sendt første gang 2018-09-01.
