Grace shares the extraordinary journey that began when she was seven years old and suddenly started perceiving colorful fields around people and what she interpreted as disease within their bodies. Growing up in an extremely volatile and violent home without a safe framework for understanding these experiences, Sarah internalized the belief that something was wrong with her. She tried to suppress her sensitivity through achievement and intense exercise, but after losing her mother to cancer at 17, Sarah spiraled into alcohol, drugs, and increasingly reckless behavior. Eventually, around age 19, an overdose brought her to the edge of death. During her near-death experience, Sarah says she rose out of her body and entered what she describes as a floating “love bubble” filled with fractals and golden mandalas. For the first time, she felt completely calm, nurtured, and loved—and she did not want to return. Then a female voice told her that she wasn't finished. Sarah says she was shown that if she chose to return, the very experiences that had caused her so much suffering could eventually help others like her. She came back, called 911, and began the difficult process of rebuilding her life. Her transformation wasn't instant. She had to confront addiction, withdrawal, anger, trauma, and the realization that nobody else could do the work for her. Today, Sarah's message isn't about escaping our humanity to become spiritual. It's about becoming real, authentic, grounded, and fully ourselves.
