This summer, I chose to allow. Instead of forcing clarity or trying to figure out what came next, I gave myself space to be present, pay attention and notice where I was pushing, resisting or clenching. What unfolded was a deeper awareness of what happens when we stop forcing and start trusting. I also realized how much my questions have changed. After decades of asking, “What did I do wrong?” I’m now asking, “Is this what I really want?” “Is this in alignment with who I am and who I’m becoming?” and “What comes next?” The shift has been profound - less heaviness, more curiosity, choice and personal power. We talk about letting go of the rules and giving ourselves permission to take what we learn and make it our own. About honoring our uniqueness instead of trying to fit ourselves into someone else’s framework. About the wisdom of the body and what becomes possible when we learn to listen to what it is communicating. And we talk about why I have always felt more at home calling myself a Spiritual Tour Guide than a coach. Because I don't believe there is one right way to heal, grow or find your way through this life. My role isn't to tell you who to be. It's to offer tools, guidance and a safe space for you to discover your own path. Perhaps the biggest realization of all was this: I'm doing the work. And it's working. The soul work we do changes us in ways we don't always recognize until we slow down enough to look back.
